Voici quelques informations à ce sujet.

Madame Edith ARCHAMBAULT, Professeur Emérite de l’Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne- centre d’économie de la Sorbonne nous a confirmé sa participation. Elle travaille depuis plus de 20 ans  avec des spécialistes de plusieurs pays européens  en coopération  avec l’Université Johns HOPKINS sur l’évaluation de l’apport du travail volontaire et des dons aux associations.

Suite à la participation de René LEDERMANN , membre du bureau de ESAN , à la table ronde lors de la journée de lutte contre la misère du 17 octobre à Strasbourg  , Monsieur Alain MOUCHOUX , Vice Président de la Conférence des OINGs  dotées du statut participatif par le Conseil de l’Europe a lui aussi accepté de   participer à notre séminaire . IL œuvre depuis des années pour une  meilleure reconnaissance  des associations  par les instituions européennes.

Tous les intervenants  cités dans le programme nous ont confirmé leur accord pour participer à notre séminaire, de même les 8  professionnelles nouveaux bénévoles  qui assistent les membres élus du bureau d’ESAN  et dont plusieurs ont participé à la réalisation avec  Jean BAUTIER de ESAN NEWS de septembre. .

Le travail avec  plusieurs associations en Roumanie et la Chambre de commerce de Bucarest  pendant la semaine du 19 au 24 septembre organisée par Liliane COCOZZA  à Bruxelles a été un grand succès.Nous les avons invités à notre séminaire.

Christoph KUSCHE, notre Vice Président a repris en main notre site www.esan.eu et la plateforme participative.

Pour des problèmes d’organisation,  et pour vous apporter toutes précisions techniques, nous avons besoin d’avoir vos réponses pour votre participation  à Bruxelles au séminaire «  Fêtons ensemble  20 ans de bénévolat à l’échelle européenne »du 17 novembre d'une part,   à l’Assemblée Générale du 18 novembre 2011 d'autre part. Cette assemblée commencera à 9 h 3O et se terminera à 13 h . L’ordre du Jour vous sera adressé à la fin de ce mois.

Nous comptons vivement sur  votre présence à ces deux événements  .

 « Let’s celebrate together 20 years of volunteer work in Europe »

Ladies & gentlemen,

On November 17^th during a seminar including volunteers, experts, donators, officials & the media, European Social Action Network “ESAN” will celebrate its 20 years of activity!

We’re delighted to invite you to share this celebration with us!

For twenty years now our  organisation has worked with European authorities for:

·         The promotion and access to fundamental rights for all

·         The defence of active citizen participation

·         The development of partnerships and citizen interaction

ESAN is a  European network with over fifty organisations and affiliated organisations coming from the social sector  who work, every day, to implement solidarity, exchange of good practice , share experiences and ideas, set up tools to analyse and evaluate social situations.

ESAN works on a watch and a European social expertise to offer the EU authorities at a high-level projects which correspond to the grassroots realities.

ESAN calls on political decision-makers about important issues for the present and the future of the EU countries such as education, the fight against poverty and precariousness, the rights of children, inter-generational relations, etc.

ESAN means twenty years of strong involvement to developp solidarity in Europe.

It’s twenty years of action and given excluded and fragile people a public voice

This celebration is the time to have a look at the past actions, at the partnerships we have made, at projects to build together, it is a celebration to meet each other, to confront our points of view, to understand European  issues and  respond to the new social challenges within the EU.

We’re looking forward to seeing you on November 17^th, 2011 in Brussels, so that we can define together our future lines of action and boost our network.

« Let’s celebrate together 20 years of volunteer work in Europe »

Introduction:

Liliane COCOZZA’s proposal concerning the above letter of invitation:

On November 17^th, 2011, we’ll celebrate this event by organising a seminar to highlight the work of our volunteer workers who for 20 years brought their professional knowledge, their know-how and their personalities to the development of social actions throughout Europe.

With its Brussels correspondents, ESAN contributed to promote the chart of fundamental rights and give access to all of these rights which are the basis of a fair and human society.

To put the individual citizen at the centre of European considerations, ESAN wants to encourage and develop actions which bring about the participation of everyone, and in this intends to be the organisation which carries “the voice of the voiceless”.

The ESAN network gathers 60 social action organisations that are involved on a daily basis to share fair practices and experiences, set up tools to evaluate needs and find solutions to bring about real answers.
